Each Sherry cask gifts the whisky with its own individual characteristics before they’re all married back together.

The Dalmore18 Years 750MLThe Dalmore 18 Year is an evolution of The Dalmore house style that harnesses bolder notes. The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, yielding soft vanilla and honey notes. For its final maturation, the whisky is transferred into casks which have held 30-Year Old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These casks are exclusively provided to The Dalmore from the renowned Gonzalez Byass bodega and give the whisky its rich, deep chocolate character.
