Description
Union Mezcal El Viejo 90 Proof 750mLMezcal Unión El Viejo is a premium artesanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, blending farm‑grown Espadín and wild Tobalá agaves. The agaves mature between 6‑14 years, allowing deep, rich flavor development. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), this joven (unaged) mezcal delivers complexity without barrel aging. Unión is committed to sustainable practices—including replanting wild agaves—and works with local communities and maestros mezcaleros to preserve traditional production techniques.
