This traditional grappa has a bright, crystal clear color. The aroma is fresh clean, well-balanced and delicately fruity with notes of just-picked Pinot Grigio grapes, ripe pears, small berries, peach, citrus fruits, vanilla, chamomile and some floral hints. The fruit comes through on the smooth, well-rounded palate, with white currants and apple dominant.
