Wasenhaus Spatburgunder Bellen 2022Weingut Wasenhaus (or simply “Wasenhaus”) is a wine producer based in the town of Staufen im Breisgau in the Baden region of southwest Germany, best-known for its production of organic Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) wines.The winery was established by Christoph Wolber and Alexander Götze in Wolber’s family farm. Both had extensive experience grapegrowing and winemaking with stellar names in Burgundy (including Pierre Morey, Domaine de Montille, Domaine de la Vougeraie and Comte Armand) prior to returning to Germany to produce their first wines in 2016.
