Description
“Koshiki Junzukuri” means “old style, pure process,” which makes sense considering this sake is brewed using some tools that are 100 years old! In this case, old ways make for a great taste, so great it has won numerous awards at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal. A bouquet of light spice and mineral leads to a crisp, candied sweetness that fades into a lingering spice. Clean, mild and dry.
