Description
Experience the rich heritage of Oaxaca with Alambique Serrano 3 Años Rum. This spirit represents a meticulous blend of twelve casks, combining rums distilled in both traditional pot stills and a unique Krassel column still. Crafted from natural cane juice harvested from the region’s hillsides, the liquid is aged for a minimum of three years in new French oak to deepen its character. The result is a complex sensory profile that opens with bright notes of citrus zest and apples, followed by the warming spice of cinnamon and black pepper. Undertones of sandalwood, oats, and a refreshing hint of menthol create a sophisticated finish perfect for sipping neat or elevating a premium cocktail.
