Description
Two ingredients, Pineapple and fresh basil, a subtle and delicious combination. Surprisingly, the basil, infused in syrup, makes the pineapple sublime and counterbalances its acidic notes. The perfect balance for this maceration. The pineapple, roasted in the oven, barely caramelised, gives a golden and light tint to this elixir.
