Description
Dark cherry aromas are framed by a rich palate of berries and spices, culminating in a deliciously juicy finish. Alcohol-eliminated Fre Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using the revolutionary rotating cone column. The rotating cone facilitates the safe removal and protection of fragile wine aromas and flavors at low temperatures, then removes alcohol at slightly higher temperatures. The wine essences are reintroduced to the alcohol-free base wine and blended with unfermented grape juice.
