Hardin’s Creek Colonel James B. Beam is a recent release from the acclaimed Hardin’s Creek distillery. They use a longer fermentation process meaning that it only needs to age for two years to develop its deep flavor. It has nutty notes with complex vanilla following suit. There is a long and full finish, meaning that it works really well when served on the rocks.
