Description
Michters 20 Year Old Bourbon 2024 ReleaseMichter’s 20 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon 2024 Release is a small batch expression drawn from a handful of fire-charred new American white-oak casks hand-selected by Master Distiller Dan McKee. Bottled at a robust 114.2 proof (57.1 % ABV) and limited to an annual allocation, it showcases two decades of controlled maturation in Kentucky’s seasonal rickhouses. The nose layers browned butter, butterscotch, sassafras and root-beer notes over cedar spice. On the palate, juicy red berries, crème brûlée, cinnamon and clove ride a viscous, silky texture, while toasted oak and pipe-tobacco tones drive a long finish of maraschino cherry and leather. Highly sought after by collectors, this release offers concentrated flavor without veering into over-oaked territory.
