Description
Penelope Bourbon Barrel Strength Whiskey is a bold and unfiltered expression that showcases the full power and complexity of bourbon. Crafted from a blend of three distinct bourbon mash bills and aged between 3.5 to 5 years in new American oak barrels, this barrel strength whiskey captures the essence of Penelope’s signature four-grain profile. Uncut and non-chill filtered, each bottle reflects the pure, undiluted character of the whiskey, offering a rich and complex tasting experience. This unique offering is the result of hand-selecting and blending barrels into a single batch, creating a robust whiskey that pushes the boundaries of flavor.
