A Journey of Passion and Craftsmanship
Our story begins with a love affair—both with whiskey and the vibrant culture of Kentucky. Inspired by the charm and elegance of Bourbon, Rabbit Hole Distilling was born in Louisville, a city renowned for its world-class whiskey expertise. Our custom-built 24-inch copper column still, crafted by Vendome Copper & Brass Works, stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and tradition.
The Art of Aging
Kentucky’s unique climate plays a crucial role in shaping the flavor of our whiskey. The hot summers and cold winters push and pull the liquid through the oak barrels, adding depth and complexity to every sip. Our barrels, crafted by Kelvin Cooperage, are designed to withstand these challenges, ensuring that each batch of whiskey is nothing short of exceptional.
