Description
Saturday Night Red shows aromas of dark cherry, dried strawberries and confection spices on the nose – the deep garnet color is highlighted by purple hues on the edges. Saturday Night Red is aged in a combination of new American and French oak integrating the blue fruit flavors out front on the palate with a medium body and a velvety mouth feel. This also gives Saturday Night Red a finish bold enough to stand up to the most savory and spicy dishes from Italian ragù to Southern BBQ… balanced and enjoyable for the whole meal.
