Description
Solum connects the drinker to the primordial essence of the Pacific Northwest through a revival of one of whiskey’s oldest styles. Matured in a thoughtful mix of Cooper’s Reserve and Select New American oak alongside first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, this release reflects both tradition and innovation in American single malt.Aromatic notes of rosemary bagel, dry tobacco, jasmine, and sage rise on the nose. The palate follows with brioche, vanilla glaze, fresh dill, green tea, and a touch of burnt marshmallow, creating a layered profile that balances herbal, sweet, and savory tones in equal measure.
